    We initially started our relationship with Ray White Browns Plains when we rented out our property asking Ray White to be the property managers . We were instantly put at ease when Amanda Laws took over the responsibility of our property. The Ray White Property Management team are professional, consistent, informative and highly knowledgeable in legislation etc. We were given a report on our property every three months which included photos of the state of the property. Any problems with tenants were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We felt the property management team were sensitive to both the needs of the tenant and the landlord always working for the best outcome for both parties.

    We put our rental property on the market at a time when the market was extremely slow and gaining a sale was plain hard work. Rick Schafer (the principal) took over the responsibility of selling our property. From the beginning he kept us informed about our own property but also sent us updates weekly about the current property market and anything that related to us selling our property. Rick has a large database of clients and he utilises this database well. He managed to get a contract on our house only for it to fall through (no fault of his own). He was on the phone straight away and within a few weeks we had another contract that did go through.
